Jewel
is a lady who specializes in helping develop small and
minority-owned businesses. Her
years spent on the "other side of the fence" while in corporate
America equips here with
well-rounded understanding of how to succeed in business. As a
divorce single mother, she openly
shares her testimony of leaning on her spiritual foundation to
survive tough times, make smart
choice and enjoy life's blessings.
Jewel also hosts a weekly business empowerment
radio show for entrepreneurs every Monday at 10:30 am on WHGM.
The program. The Enterprising Entrepreneur, profiles up and
coming entrepreneurs, established business owners while also
addressing significant business issues like contracting and
procurement, debt management, wealth-building, politics and
business, employee recruitment and much more.
Additionally, the show features leading corporations and
government agencies that demonstrate a commitment to inclusion
of African American and other minority groups. The Enterprising
Entrepreneur radio program will launch in Savannah, GA in May
2004 with additional cities being added.
Some of her greatest passions are conducting business research,
reading, traveling and
spending quality time with friends and family. She is best
known for her business acumen, moral
strength and great commit to a deserving cause or friend.
Although she spends much of her
time running her business,
teaching and supporting civic
groups, she says her most
rewarding experience in life is
raising her daughter.
